How quickly will I get a reply?
We aim to respond to every message within two business days (Australian time). Urgent certificate questions usually get answered faster — if a cert is genuinely about to expire, let us know in the subject line and we'll prioritise it.
Can you help me diagnose a certificate problem?
Yes. If SSL Checker is reporting an issue you don't understand, include the exact domain you were checking, the error message we showed, the name of your certificate provider, and — if possible — how the server is configured (nginx, Apache, a load balancer, a CDN). The most common issue is missing intermediate certificates, and we can usually spot that quickly.
Can I suggest a new check or feature?
Please do. Requests we've acted on in the past include checking specific ports, flagging weak cipher suites, detecting certificate transparency issues, and adding OCSP stapling checks. If there's a TLS or certificate feature you'd like to see, tell us what and why.
Do you accept guest posts or link exchanges?
No — we don't publish guest posts, we don't do link exchanges, and we don't buy or sell backlinks. All the content on SSL Checker is written by us, for our own audience. Please don't waste time pitching link-for-link schemes.
